オーバルシェイプのブラッドストーンをセッティングしたシャンクに裏抜きのないウェイトのあるゴールドシグネットリング。ブラッドストーンは古代ギリシアやローマの時代から魔除けや勇気をもたらすお守りとして戦士が身につけたとされ、英国でもメンズリングの石として古くから好まれる石の一つです。内側にハートにWNメーカーマーク、王冠マーク（ゴールドファィンニィスシンボル）、375（9金純度マーク）、バーミンガムアッセイオフィス錨マーク、1977年デイトレター刻印、貴金属の純度を検査するイギリス政府の公認機関バーミンガムアッセイオフィスのホールマークが押されています。状態は目立つキズや破損もなく良好な状態です。年代物になりますので細かな擦れ、目につき難い細かなキズなどがございます。予めご了承下さい。

Vintage British 1970s WN Birmingham Hallmark Bloodstone 9ct Gold Signet Ring, size JP17.5.

This weighty gold signet ring features an oval-shaped bloodstone set in the shank with no backing. Bloodstone has been a popular stone for men's rings in the UK since ancient Greek and Roman times, as it is believed to ward off evil and bring courage to warriors. The inside of the ring is marked with the WN maker's mark in a heart shape, a gold fineness symbol crown mark, 375 (a 9-carat gold purity mark), the anchor mark of the Birmingham assay office, a date letter from 1977, and a hallmark from the Birmingham assay office, which is the UK government's official agency for testing the purity of precious metals. The ring is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or damage, but as it is a vintage item, there may be minor wear and tear, and small scratches that are hard to see. Please keep this in mind.
