VINTAGE 英国 RC 1970's BRITANNIA 958シルバーインゴットペンダントチェーン別売

スターリングシルバーを示すライオンパサントの代わりにブリタニアスタンダードマークの押されたシルバー958製のインゴットペンダント。こちらのインゴットは1960-1970年代に復活した際の珍しいお品です。イギリス政府が貴金属の純度を検査して保証する公認機関アッセイオフィスの大きなホールマークが押されたインゴットペンダント。RC（Carr's of Sheffield Ltd）メーカーマーク、シェフィールドアッセイオフィスマーク、ブリタニアスタンダードマーク、1978年デイトレター、シルバージュビリーマークの刻印が押されています。チェーンは別売り。状態は目立つキズ、破損もなく良好な状態です。年代物になりますのシルバー特有の変色、細かなキズ、擦れ、汚れがございます。予めご了承下さい。

ブリタニアシルバーについて：
ブリタニアシルバーは17世紀に議会法により導入されました。柔らかく、価格も高かったため、多くのイギリスの銀細工職人はスターリングシルバーを支持しました。しかし、ブリタニアシルバーはフランス（シルバー950）に輸出できる銀の規格の高いシルバーであったため、フランス出身の銀細工職人に好まれ、広く使用されました。18世紀に一時的に再導入されましたが、短期間で廃止されました。その後、1960年から1970年代にかけて再び復活しました。

VINTAGE British RC 1970s BRITANNIA 958 Silver Ingot Pendant (Chain Sold Separately)

This ingot pendant is crafted from Silver 958, bearing the Britannia standard mark instead of the customary lion passant hallmark for sterling silver. A rare piece dating back to the 1960s-1970s when Britannia Silver made a comeback. It features a large hallmark from the Assay Office, a government-certified institution responsible for inspecting and guaranteeing the purity of precious metals. The ingot bears the RC (Carr's of Sheffield Ltd) maker's mark, Sheffield Assay Office mark, Britannia standard mark, 1978 date letter, and a Silver Jubilee mark. The chain is sold separately. The condition is excellent with no noticeable scratches or damage. Being a vintage item, there may be some characteristic tarnishing, minor scratches, wear, and dirt. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
