1986年、ロンドンのホールマークが刻まれた9CTゴールド製のシグネットリング。ヘマタイトには、古代ギリシャ・ローマの騎士を思わせる横顔がインタリオで彫り込まれています。ヘマタイトは、ローマ神話の軍神マルスを象徴する石として古代より知られ、戦場に向かう兵士が生還を祈るお守りとして身に着けたとされています。そのため、古くからメンズリングにも用いられてきた石のひとつです。石の周囲には装飾が施され、彫刻された人物像と相まってクラシカルな印象を与えるフェイスに仕上がっています。ヘマタイトと9CTゴールドを組み合わせた、ヴィンテージならではのシグネットリングです。内側にMJメーカーマーク、王冠マーク（ゴールドファィンニィスシンボル）、375（9金純度マーク）、ロンドン豹アッセイオフィスマーク、1986年デイトレターの刻印が押されています。これらは貴金属の純度を検査するイギリス政府の公認機関ロンドンアッセイオフィスのホールマークです。状態は目立つキズや破損もなく良好な状態です。年代物になりますので擦れ、細かなキズなどがございます。予めご了承下さい。

9ct GOLD / 9カラットゴールドについて：

A vintage 9CT gold signet ring bearing the London Assay Office hallmark from 1986. The hematite is carved with an intaglio profile of a knight inspired by Ancient Greek and Roman imagery.

Hematite has long been associated with Mars, the Roman god of war, and was traditionally worn by soldiers as a talisman for protection and a safe return from battle. For this reason, it has also been used in men's rings for centuries.

The stone is framed by decorative detailing, creating a classic and distinctive appearance. The combination of hematite and 9CT gold gives this signet ring a timeless character unique to vintage jewellery.

Inside the ring are the MJ maker's mark, crown mark (gold fineness symbol), 375 (9CT gold purity mark), London Assay Office leopard mark, and the 1986 date letter. These hallmarks were applied by the London Assay Office, an official UK Assay Office responsible for testing and marking the purity of precious metals.

The ring is in good vintage condition with no noticeable damage or major defects. As an antique/vintage piece, it shows some surface wear and minor scratches. Please note that these are part of its character and should be expected.
